1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. For international orders, please contact us directly from our Contact Page.
2. Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier partner with tracking capabilities. A tracking number is provided by email once the parcel is dispatched. Customers must ensure accurate delivery details when placing the order.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and dimensions. Typical delivery rates range from £3.90 to £5.90. Express options, where available, are offered at additional cost.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received. In rare cases, additional time may be required during high-volume periods.
5. Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the UK is estimated at 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons, strikes, or force majeure events. BestCorner is not liable for courier-related delays once the parcel has been handed over.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If not received within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If still unavailable, contact us directly on our email.
7. Origin & Customs
Our logistics facility is based in Switzerland. For UK customers, there are generally no additional customs duties or import taxes. Should any charges be applied by error, BestCorner will cover them in full upon proof of payment by the customer.
8. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team with your order number and, in case of damage, photographic evidence of the parcel and its contents. In some cases, we may request a video for claims processing with the courier.
9. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct associated costs from any potential refund or charge a reshipping fee. This policy is outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and accessible. Any changes to delivery addresses must be requested before dispatch. Failure to do so may result in delays or return of the parcel at the customer’s expense.

BestCorner is a company registered in the United States. All deliveries to UK customers are governed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
