Warranty & Guarantee
1. Statutory Warranty (Legal Guarantee)
All products purchased via our website are covered by your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As a UK customer, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction if a product is faulty or not as described within 2 years from delivery. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
2. Reporting a Fault
If you identify a defect or issue, please report it to our customer service team as soon as possible.
To process your claim efficiently, please include:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- A short description of the issue
We reserve the right to request additional evidence or a return of the product for inspection.
3. Return of Faulty Items
In the event of a validated warranty claim, BestCorner will provide a prepaid return label. Customers must contact us before returning any item to obtain authorisation. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Once received, items are inspected, and appropriate remedies are applied: repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Issues resulting from unauthorised modifications or tampering
- Consumable items or accessories not meant to last beyond normal use
- Damage from shipping after the product was delivered in good condition
5. Voluntary Commercial Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, BestCorner does not offer additional commercial or manufacturer warranties. Any product offering a separate guarantee will have this clearly indicated on its page, including the terms and duration of the coverage.
6. Governing Law
BestCorner is a company registered in the United States. All transactions with UK customers are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws. These terms do not affect your legal rights.
